Milk Soup)
A soup in coconut milk of
chicken cooked with mushroom, lemongrass, kaffir
lime leaves, galangal, tomatoes, lemon juice and
chilli. Topped with dried chilli and coriander.
Grilled Mixed Satay
The combination of prawn,
beef, chicken and pork Thai style Satay served with
sweet chilli and peanut and thai vinegar dip.
Larb Ped (Duck Spicy Salad)
Freshly minced Duck flavoured
with dry roasted chilli, shallot, coriander, spring
onion, ground pan-tossed rice, lime juice. Topped
with fresh mint leaves and fried chilli.
Prawn Tempura with Plum Sauce
